Penis Enlargement Methods - You Did What to Your Penis?

SizeGenetics

Penis enlargement is a fast-growing industry. For every guy who’s worried his dick isn’t big enough, there’s a sleazy ?entrepreneur’ willing to sell him a Swedish penis pump or a tub of miracle cream. Ok, so that ratio isn’t exact, but given the number of tabloid adverts and spam e-mails in circulation you’d be forgiven for believing it was.

Alongside all the useless contraptions and scams, there is increasing evidence that some of the more advanced technologies really work. But with so many different answers being offered by a largely unregulated industry, how do you know the device you’re about to strap to your precious manhood is safe?

Available methods now range from herbal remedies, to stretching exercises, to hanging weights attached to the penis itself. The question we should be asking is not ?Will this make my dick bigger,’ but ?Will this make my dick fall off?’

Penis Pumps

One of the most common devices on the market is the penis pump. Pumps consist of a cylinder fitted over the penis, and a manual or motorised pump. The pump creates a vacuum around the penis, drawing blood into the shaft. Pumps have been used to treat impotence, but there is no evidence that they are effective enlargers.

However, there is evidence that penis pumps can cause severe injury. Excessive pressure around the penis can cause vascular damage. Pumping too hard can burst blood vessels and cause blisters. And perhaps most painfully, careless use can result in the testicles being pulled into the tube, causing all manner of pain and unpleasantness.

Traction Devices

Traction-based extender devices are among the most technologically advanced methods available, and also have the most backing from the medical community. Various clinical studies have proved the effectiveness of extenders such as the popular SizeGenetics system.

Many extenders are classified as Type 1 medical devices, meaning they produce no ill-effects in users. For effective results they need to be worn for hours at a time, which naturally causes some discomfort. But the chance of injury is slim, unless you hit someone over the head with one.

Hanging weights

There’s a good joke about hanging weights. The punchline is, ?I’m halfway there – my dick isn’t any bigger but it has turned black!’
That’s probably all that needs to be said.

Jelqing

Jelqing is an exercise-based enlargement method. Unless you have a very giving lady friend, the exercises are usually self-administered, suggesting that jelqing is probably as safe as your own hands.

But don’t get too carried away. The technique involves firmly massaging the penis to push blood towards the tip, which apparently encourages growth. The penis must be semi-erect and well-lubricated throughout. However, should you find the motion a bit too enjoyable and end up with a full erection, burst blood vessels and bleeding from the urethra (your pee-hole) can result. Which doesn’t sound too useful.

Take care of your penis - and each other

There are hundreds of penis enlargers on the market, from many different manufacturers. Some work, most don’t and many are downright dangerous.

Assuming you consider the health of your dick to be as important as its size, choose a method that you’re comfortable with and a distributor you can trust. And please don’t hang any weights from it.
